MS Action a disability therapy centre, helping adults and children who have Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Brain Injury and other Neurological conditions. It provides complementary and mainstream therapies to it's members and; their carers.

Aiding Daily Living Classes

All levels of ability and disability can take part and benefit from the improvements these exercises can bring. Exercises can be done sitting or standing and are tailored to the needs and abilities of those participating on the day. There really is something for everyone with these fun classes.

Inclusive Exercise Classes for Strength, Balance & Flexibility

These group exercise classes are designed to help with carrying out day to day tasks and work on strength, stamina and balance.

Saturday 10.00 – 11.00

Enhanced Mobility

ADL classes aim to improve physical mobility, making daily activities easier and increasing independence.

Improved Confidence

Classes are designed to improve confidence in carrying out daily living activities such as standing or sitting straight, arm and hand movements and balance.

Muscle Strength and Stamina

Exercises are designed to increase muscle strength and stamina, improving joints and muscle flexibility.

Balance Improvement

Classes help enhance balance, reducing the risk of falls and injuries.

Emotional Wellbeing

Participants at ADL classes advise that the exercise and interaction with others lifts their mood and benefits them mentally as well as physically.

Aiding Daily Living Group Classes

The exercises can be carried out standing or sitting and use aids such as resistance bands, blocks or rails to help with movements. Classes are suitable for everyone, including for people who find exercising difficult.
