MS Action and the Olympic Games !

Welcome to MS Action.
MS Action is a charitable therapy centre, which has been providing complementary therapies for people with Multiple Sclerosis and Cerebral Palsy for over twenty years.
Benefits have also been reported by parents of children that have Autism and from people that have had a stroke, have tinnitus, and all types of Neurological Problems.We also have therapies that could be useful for other conditions like Sports Injuries, post operational recovery and we also have Members using the therapies as a complement to treatment for Cancer.
The centre is run by people, with Neurological Conditions, for people, primarily, with Neurological Conditions and MS Action offers therapies specifically designed to meet the needs of people with Neurological and Medical Conditions.
The aim is to improve the quality of life for all our Members and their carers through a variety of mainstream and complementary therapies, exercise, advise and support which are for the use of Full Members.

Monday from 9:00 am until 4:00pm
Tuesday from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm
Wed/Thurs from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm

Saturday from 8:45 am until 1:30 pm
Please be avised that MS Action Ltd. is run, in the main, completely by volunteers and therefore the Opening Times quoted above can or could, rarely, be subject to alteration without prior notice and we are sure you can appreciate this given the nature of how and by whom the Centre is staffed.

But where are we ?
Well we are in Walthamstow in East London.
Close to the North Circular Road (A406) with access to the A12, the A13, the A10, the M11 and the M25 which can all be made from the North Circular Road. Driving ?
We are located just off the A406 (The North Circular Road, north-east section) which connects with the M11 Motorway. Look out for the "Crooked Billet" Roundabout, it's sign-posted as the Chingford and Walthamstow turn off from the A406 North Circular Road. Take the turning into Billet Road and then turn into Waltham Park way. Drive through the gates and take the first left. Follow the road to the end and turn right and we are just on the left, next to ScrewFix.
If you are going to use Public Transport then access is easy.
By Underground ? We are near, about 1.5 miles (2.1 Km) from the Blackhorse Road Underground Station and 2 miles (2.8 Km) from Walthamstow Underground Station. Both of these stations are on the Victoria Line.
Using Over Ground Trains ? Then from Liverpool Street Main Line Station take the over ground to Walthamstow Central Station.
All three of these stations have taxi cab offices near them to travel the rest of the journey or you could use a Bus and they run to around 200 metres of the Waltham Park Way. The Routes Are; 357, 215, 158, 97,34 & W11.
